Step 1: Fry the chicken pieces until they are browned in the red wine vinegar and remove from the frying pan.
This part can get tricky.
You do not want to use to much of the vinegar at a time, but it evaporates fast so be on guard. -
Step 2: In a crock pot or a big pot add your olive oil and garlic.
Let the garlic brown a bit. , Then Crush your tomatoes. , The reason I let it cook this long is to allow for the chicken to soften and the sauce to really get all of the flavors. ,,, Frying the chicken parts takes a lot longer than you would imagine since you are doing it in red wine vinegar.
This is one of my families favorite recipes and I have personally cooked this a hundred times. , -
Step 3: Add the tomatoes

Step 7: and red wine along and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

Step 8: Add the chicken and let cook on low heat for 2-4 hours.

Step 9: Cook your shirataki noodles by using the method in our video or by just rinsing them off and boiling for 2-3 minutes
