  1. Step 1: Choose paper that is suitable for turning into the cake.

    You can use newspapers, tissue paper, pages of notebook or any other paper.

    Tear it into small pieces.

    Keep the torn pieces inside a small bowl or a plastic glass.
  2. Step 2: Add water to the paper pieces according to the amount of the paper you've torn up.
