How to Make Burger Bites

Step 1: Defrost.
Take burger patty out of freezer 5 hours before cooking and place in fridge, or defrost burger patty in microwave shortly before cooking. -
Step 2: Prep bread.
Get both slices of bread and butter both sides.
Toast (Or fry as some people call it) bread until golden brown, like a grilled cheese but bread is separate without cheese. , Mix ketchup and hot sauce.
Warm in microwave for 15 seconds, or leave cold. , When burger patty is thawed, cut into cubes and cook until fully cooked. (Should not be raw) , Take 1 teaspoon of the ketchup sauce and lightly brush over cubed burger and toss after its cooked. , Cut toasted / fried bread into squares. , Toss bread and burger cubes together until combined.
Evenly sprinkle shredded or cubed cheese on bread and burger mixture and toss until evenly distributed.
Put in microwave for 10–45 seconds or until melted.
Serve burger bites on plate or in bowl with remaining ketchup sauce on the side.
Garnish with chives, if using.
Include other burger condiments such as mustard, or mayo, if desired, on the plate beside ketchup sauce.
If using things like lettuce or tomato, etc., sprinkle on top just before serving. , Fun for all ages. -
