Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Take two large bowls.

    In the first bowl sieve together all purpose flour, semolina, baking powder and baking soda.  Keep aside.
  2. Step 2: In the second bowl

      Mix in vanilla extract and beat further for 2-3 more  minutes. ,  Mix lightly with your finger tips and the mixture should resemble bread crumbs.

    You can use milk, drop by drop to make a soft dough , Keep it in the freezer for at least 30 mins (or overnight). ,  Once the dough becomes soft, roll in the chocolate chip cookies and knead it slowly.
