The pasta should cook for about 10 to12 minutes depending how firm you like your pasta. , In the sauté pan put ¼ cup of olive oil in the pan; proceed to toss the shrimp into the pan and let them cook until they are a whitish pink. , Then add warm ¼ cup olive oil to the pan again and place in minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
