Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: On a clean meat-only cutting board with a sharp knife cube up a 2-4 lb.

  2. Step 2: Put roast into crock pot on high with 2-3 cups of water and 2 low sodium beef bouillon cubes.

  7. Step 7: In a stock pot in 1 quart of water add 4 medium sized potatoes that have been cubed into ½ inch pieces cut on a clean veggie cutting board with a sharp knife.

  9. Step 9: 1 tsp.

  10. Step 10: Add ½ to 1lb of clean

  11. Step 11: snapped garden fresh green beans and continue to boil.

  12. Step 12: Add 2 cups of fresh snapped peas out of pod.

  13. Step 13: Next add 4 ears of de-cobbed corn and continue to boil.

  14. Step 14: Add during boil 1-2 ribs of celery (depending upon taste) and continue to boil for an additional 3 minutes.

  15. Step 15: Strain all veggies from stock and set stock aside for later use.

  16. Step 16: Add veggies to crock pot and return crock pot to high heat.

  17. Step 17: Mix all ingredients well.

  18. Step 18: Add stock until the soup has reached the consistency just slightly thinner than what is desired.

  24. Step 24: and paprika to taste.
