Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Start with a sheet of paper.

You can use ordinary printer paper, colored paper, or origami paper.

Step 2: Fold one corner diagonally down to the opposite edge

, Skip this step if you are already using square (origami) paper.

Pure origami only uses folding to create shapes--that means no cutting or tearing. ,,, Then, fold the other corner up. , Then, fold the other corner in towards the center. , Repeat folding the top corners, as shown above, except on the other side. ,,, You're almost done. ,, Now fold those in half so it looks like the picture. ,,,,,, One good idea is to draw more frogs. ,

Step 3: then open it back up and fold the paper on the other diagonal.

Step 4: Trim any extra paper outside of the square you just made

Step 6: Open the square back up and fold it backwards

Step 7: across the intersection of the two diagonal lines.

Step 19: Fold the frog in half.

Step 20: Turn the frog over so the legs are facing away from you.

Step 21: Draw an outline of a lily pad.

Step 22: Cut it out

Step 23: and now you have a home for your frogs.

Step 24: Get a shoe box or tissue box.

Step 27: Put your lily pad in the shoe box.

Step 28: Make a background.
