Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Create An Adult Sim male or female.

   Create another adult with an opposite sex if you want the parents to be living in the same house or just create one adult Sim if you want him/her to meet someone and have a baby with.

   Step 2: If you created two Sims

   ,,,,, If the try is successful, you will hear a tone.
   
   If you didn't hear anything, do "Try For A Baby" again until you hear it.
   
   Once you hear it, she's pregnant!

   Step 3: you have the choice to make them married or just roommates.

   Step 4: Move your Sim/Sims to a house.

   Step 5: If you choose to make your Sim meet another Sim

   Step 6: meet that Sim

   Step 7: be Friends with and invite him/her over using the phone.

   Step 9: the relationship meter between the two Sims should be high like Best Friends or BFF.

    Step 10: To get your female Sim pregnant

    Step 11: make them (the male & female Sims) relax on a bed then

    Step 12: click on a Sim and choose "Try For A Baby".
