Buy the same amount as the sapphires you bought. , Just keep 13 gold bars and 13 sapphires in your inventory.
You also need to have an amulet mould in your inventory. , Use one gold bar on the furnace.
Then right click on the sapphire amulet icon and then click "All". ,, -
