How to Contact an Etsy Seller
Go to the seller’s Shop page., Write the message., Wait for your response!

Step 1: Go to the seller’s Shop page.
On the left hand column, you should find a box labeled “Shop Info.” Click on the “Contact Shop Owner” button. -
Step 2: Write the message.
A blank message will pop up on your page, where you can ask questions or leave comments for the seller.
Press “Send.” , The seller will be notified about your message the next time they log into Etsy.
If they have saved their Settings so that they are sent emails about new “convos”, they will also immediately receive an email regarding your message. -
Step 3: Wait for your response!
