Add 1/2 cup (118 ml) of white, distilled vinegar into the bucket.
Add 1/4 cup (51.5 g) of baking soda and mix well.
You can substitute the baking soda with 2 tsp. of borax, otherwise known as sodium borate.
Borax is a crystallized boron compound that is often used in detergents and has anti-fungal properties. -
