Step 1: Buy your supplies.
You need one (or more) unripened plantains.
Regular bananas work as well but require much more attention to the freezing process or they will be ruined.
You will also need a large bowl, access to a freezer, a strainer, and a stove. -
Step 2: Freeze the fruit.
Put the fruit in the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours before cooking and juicing.
It is important that the peeled fruit does not touch liquid, for it will freeze and rot the banana. ,,,,,, -
Step 3: Boil a pot of water and ready your mixing bowl.

Step 4: Give the frozen banana a smack on the side of the counter to loosen it up; if it continues to be un-peelable
