  1. Step 1: decide who your dispatcher or secretary is.

    The dispatcher is the person who sends out the calls to a person for what ever event.

    Label or Nick-Name this person BASE.

    This Will come in handy later. , By Nick-Name, do not label people Momma-bear or Papa-Bear.

    Remember, you are trying to sound Professional. , Example: "Packaging Dept. to BASE."

  2. Step 2: Give all the users a radio and a Nick-Name.

  3. Step 3: When you want to call BASE

  4. Step 4: you simply say "to BASE."

  5. Step 5: When your nick-name is being called

  6. Step 6: you say : "Go Ahead".

  7. Step 7: The Calling person says or asks what they want to say/ask.

  8. Step 8: After the conversation is done

  9. Step 9: the person who called the other person has the option to say and ONLY SAY: "Clear" The other person can repeat this ONLY once.
