  1. Step 1: Boil lightly salted water.

    The garlic clove is there to lightly "perfume" the mushrooms, not so much to flavour it. ,,,, Take the water off of the heat and add a little to the broccoli puree.

    Puree and add water until you get the desired consistency. ,, Top with the sauteed mushrooms.

    Drizzle with olive oil and give it a grind of pepper.
