  1. Step 1: On a mat greased with shortening

    Smooth it on the fondant., Use a small flower cutter to create the flower center.

    Pull the excess away and set the flower cut-out aside to dry., Using the rose petal cutters, cut out 4 petals for each cupcake.

    Bend in the rounded side towards the center.

    Pinch the ends together.

    Set each petal aside to dry.,, On top of that, place a small ball of yellow fondant.,, Pipe a swirl of icing on the cupcake and then apply the flower on top.
