Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Combine the goat cheese

    Use either a handheld mixer or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, and set the mixer to medium speed.,,,,, Dump the dough out onto the work surface., The logs should be about 6” (15 centimeters) long and about 1-1/2” (3 cm) in diameter., This will help the logs to set in the refrigerator., Alternatively, you can place the logs into the freezer and chill them for about 30 minutes.,,,,, Leave 2” (5 cm) of space around each cookie.,,,,
